Addresses the spread of HIV/AIDS in low-income neighborhoods in east Brooklyn through health services, rapid testing, education and counseling, and harm reduction counseling.

Harnesses the collective power of Brownsville residents to improve housing conditions, increase homeownership, bolster the socio-emotional development of local youth, and encourage economic mobility.

Provides personal care, home health, and housekeeping services through a care management approach to older adults and residents with disabilities in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Works towards housing justice and community empowerment through political organizing, youth engagement, and social services, especially for low-income immigrant communities of color.

Provides women and families with housing and comprehensive support and case management through housing and justice initiatives, including an alternative to detention for women at Rikers Island
