This 60-minute, virtual training is for Executive Directors, Operating Officers, Senior Staff and Board members. There will be a 30-minute question and answer section following the training.
This training is designed to help nonprofits prepare for the unexpected — including potentially financially stressful scenarios — before they happen. Attendees will learn the basics of an operating budget as well as the elements of financial forecasting, to position their strategic fundraising in a way that will help them better prepare and plan for the future.
