Nathalie Taveras
Director of Operations and Board Liaison (She/Her)
Nathalie joined Brooklyn Org in May 2024. She holds a degree in Communications from Villanova University and earned her Master of Public Administration from Baruch College. Early in her career, Nathalie gained experience in the criminal justice and public service sectors, supporting incarcerated students and working with the Conviction Review Unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Brooklyn Org, Nathalie worked in school operations across middle and high schools, partnering with students, educators, and families to support effective and equitable school communities. In her free time, Nathalie enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and working out.
