Raymond J. Rue Memorial Scholarship

The Raymond J. Rue Memorial Scholarship is a tribute to the life of Raymond J. Rue, a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and dear friend who tragically lost his life to an act of senseless gun violence. In the wake of this devastating loss, the scholarship was established to honor his memory and provide support to young adults who have also experienced the profound impact of gun violence in their lives.

This scholarship aims to alleviate the financial burden of education for those whose lives have been deeply affected by gun violence, helping them pursue their dreams despite the challenges they may face. Through the Raymond J. Rue Memorial Scholarship, the enduring legacy of a life cut short too soon by violence becomes a chance for others to heal, grow, and honor their own loved ones while building a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
