• Enjoy and learn about Sandwiches of History bites prepared by Court Street Grocers and paired with unique potato chips (that’s right, In The Chips with Barry is in the house too) featuring:
• Smoked Salmon Sandwich (1901): white bread, anchovy butter, smoked salmon, fresh dill, paired w/ fried egg flavored chips
• Spanish Sandwich (1909): toasted white bread, butter, sardines, green olives, lemon juice, aioli, paired w/ salted chips from Spain
• Strawberry Sandwich (1912): white bread, butter, strawberries, powdered sugar, balsamic on the side, paired w/ salt & black pepper chips
• Olive Bacon Club Sandwich (1936): toasted white bread, mayo, lettuce, olives, bacon, seasoned tomato, paired w/ salt & vinegar chips
• Enjoy craft beer pairings from Brooklyn Brewery Brewmaster and The Brewmaster’s Table author Garrett Oliver.
• Sip handmade cocktails by world-renowned expert, I’m Just Here For The Drinks author, and Amor y Amaro Beverage Director Sother Teague, featuring Fords Gin and Old Forrester Bourbon.
