Martin Dunn is the founder of Blue Sky Social Justice Fund, advancing innovative grantmaking and impact investing to address global human rights and social justice challenges. He previously launched Dunn Development Corp., pioneering affordable and supportive housing programs in New York City and committing to both local and international philanthropy. With decades of experience as an activist, entrepreneur, and nonprofit board member, Martin leverages his expertise to maximize the impact of Blue Sky Social Justice Fund’s work.
Andi Phillips leads Maycomb Capital, advancing innovative impact investments that address critical social challenges. She has over 25 years of experience in public-private partnerships, including launching and managing Goldman Sachs’ Social Impact Fund and the landmark Rikers Island Social Impact Bond. Previously, she was president of CDFI Seedco Financial, providing affordable capital to small businesses and nonprofits and managing over $100 million in performance-based workforce development contracts.
Dr. Jocelynne Rainey, Ed.D. is a leader in New York City’s nonprofit sector and a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience. As President & CEO, Dr. Rainey has led Brooklyn Org’s (BKO) bold evolution from Brooklyn Community Foundation to create a more inclusive and accessible model for community philanthropy. BKO has launched a new strategic plan to provide deeper support to nonprofit changemakers and marshal the resources required to end inequity in New York City’s largest borough.
