Harsha G. Marti

Harsha G. Marti is a Managing Director, General Counsel and is a member of the Executive Management Group at Warburg Pincus. He oversees legal and regulatory matters in his role as the firm’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Harsha was at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York where he was an attorney focused on private equity transactions.

Harsha is a member of the Law Board of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and was a board member of South Asian Youth Action (SAYA!) from 2005 to 2011. He received a S.B. in materials engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D./M.B.A from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management. Harsha was born and raised in New York City and lives in Fort Greene with his wife and four children. He joined Brooklyn Org’s Board of Directors in January 2015.
