This is Part 2 of an earlier training. This 60-minute, virtual training is for Executive Directors, Operating Officers, Senior Staff and Board members. There will be a 30-minute question and answer section following the training.

In Part 2 of our Demystifying Strategic Planning training, participants will have an opportunity to explore the steps involved in a strategic planning process, measuring the relevance of these steps to their own organizations. Participants will also explore steps for implementing and executing their strategic plan once the planning process ends.

This session will be taught by experts from Community Resource Exchange.
