This 60-minute, virtual training is for Executive Directors, Operating Officers, Senior Staff and Board members. There will be a 30-minute question and answer section following the training.
This two-part workshop series is designed for nonprofit leaders and staff who are newer to strategic planning and want to learn more about the overall process. We’ll cover what to expect when participating in an organization-wide strategic planning process, as well as keys to implementing a strategic plan.
In this first session, participants will gain a basic understanding of the strategic planning process, learn how a facilitated strategic planning process draws on the collective wisdom of the group, and review the baseline requirements for engaging in a strategic planning process.
This session will be taught by experts from Community Resource Exchange.
