Che joined Brooklyn Org in June 2024. For the past few years, she has been dedicated to serving the community in various roles. Che previously worked at an agency operated by the NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities as the Brooklyn Borough Executive Secretary, an experience that allowed her to develop strong organizational and administrative skills while working to support individuals with developmental disabilities. In her free time, Che is passionate about volunteering and exploring the world. In 2019, she had the incredible opportunity to volunteer in Tel Aviv, Israel as a Hospitality Worker. Since 2015, Che has been volunteering as a Youth Peer Mentor, offering guidance and support to middle school students.
