Adrian Techeira

Adrian Techeira is an AVP, Legal and Credit Analysis, at Moody’s Investors Corporation, Inc. His career includes roles at Standard & Poor’s Global, where he managed teams and served on global criteria committees developing methodologies for structured products, and at New York Community Bancorp, where he provided legal and governance support across risk management, compliance, and policy development. Adrian also served as a Bank Examiner in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Large Bank Supervision division, where he assisted in supervising the retail credit operations at a multinational bank and contributed to systemic risk assessments.

Adrian began his career as a Fiscal Policy Analyst in the Office of the New York State Comptroller, analyzing the MTA and the City’s education budget. Over the years, he has also held positions as a securitization attorney and regulatory consultant, further broadening his perspective on financial markets, regulation, and legal frameworks. He holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
