Giving often begins at home. Indeed, in just 5-10 years, we will begin to see the start of the largest wealth transfer in history. It is estimated baby boomers will transfer $84 trillion over the next 20 years to Gen X, millennials, and Gen Z. The potential for philanthropy is enormous, not only in terms of gift sizes, but also in how this next generation of givers will engage with the social impact community.

So much comes down to building relationships, and helping people develop a sense of belonging, connection, and community, especially when access to resources can vary so much even in a single neighborhood.
