If chosen, you and your guest must provide proof of identity to Brooklyn Org within 2 business days of being contacted, or we’ll move on to an alternate winner (Brooklyn Org will contact the winner via the email address provided)

• By participating in the event, participants acknowledge and consent to all rules and stipulations set forth by The Lay Out and Brooklyn Community Foundation dba Brooklyn Org. No donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win. A donation or purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To win, you and your guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

• The Winner will be notified via email from Brooklyn Org; Brooklyn Org will request proof of identity for the winner and their guest. If a winner does not respond to such notification within two (2) business days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified, and Brooklyn Org reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion.
