Noel joined Brooklyn Org in October 2023. Noel is a Black, Queer, Jamerican social entrepreneur and capacity-building specialist. He is the former Executive Director of Represented Foundation, the nonprofit he founded in Brooklyn in 2017 to help 35 Black and Brown social entrepreneurs grow their organizations, launch 9 new nonprofits, and bring new community services to more than 14,000 people in New York City.
Noel is an American Express Emerging Leaders fellow of 2019, a 2020 honoree from the BET Networks’ Black Excellence Campaign, a 2021 inductee to the Black Innovation Alliance and Resource fellowship, an Aspen Institute fellow, a Roddenberry fellow, and a City Fellowship fellow with Company Ventures and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. He is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned his Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from The Milano Graduate School at the New School in New York. Noel can speak Spanish, is a libra, and loves traveling and dancing.
