This working group is a unique opportunity to strengthen your organization’s commitment to racial equity, while connecting with fellow leaders dedicated to building inclusive workplaces. Over the course of three interactive sessions, you will engage with Simone Washington a skilled racial equity consultant, who will provide tools and frameworks tailored to help your organization build more inclusive hiring, retention, and employee support practices.
