We are pleased to announce a free 3-part workshop series on racial justice for nonprofits (see details below). Participating organizations are required to attend all three sessions so please sign up only if you can commit to the entire series. Please note that there will be some pre work assigned for each session. This series is for organizations that are already familiar with and committed to principles of racial justice, but interested in learning how to operationalize and sustain this work.

Wednesday 9/18, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM In-Person Governance for Racial Equity: Moving beyond just representative diversity on board, participants will learn how to use their power and influence to actively advance racial equity within their organizations. Board Chairs, Board Members
Thursday 9/26, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM Virtual Developing Racially Equitable Strategic & Organizational Work Plans: Participants will develop skills and tools designed to interrogate how different racial and ethnic groups will likely be affected by their organizational strategies, practices, and programs.
